Shipping costs vary depending on distance from our location in Melbourne.
Regional areas may incur additional freight charges to be calculated after purchasing has taken place based on the size/weight of the order, and the delivery location.
Pick up is available from either our workshop in Campbellfield, or from our studio in Brunswick. If you would like to pick up your order please contact us.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
Timber colour and characteristic variation: As timber is an organic substance, there will always be a slight colour variation, knots or marks that show the timber's life. Slight variation will not be accepted as a reason to reject an item produced by Tuckbox Design.
Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled in writing within 48 hours of placing order. As all our products are made to order, a change of mind won't be accepted as a reason for cancellation. If you need to discuss your circumstances please email us on email@example.com
Changes to your order: Production often begins shortly after orders are placed. We are only able to change your order if manufacturing has not already started. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone Dan on 0434404188 to discuss.
Returns: All sales are final.
